My Teacher is Master Wu. Introducing the Green Tara!!

This is my teacher. He is Wu Fu Gen, currently staying in Singapore. He too has a facebook account. Beside him is his granddaughter. I am having two teacher guiding me on Buddhism Practice. Master Wu is my second teacher and I acknowledged as my teacher for three months. Both my teachers are lay persons. They work and practise Buddhism at home and achieved enlightenment. My first teacher is Master Chong Man and I got in touch with Tibetan Buddhism through him. Will upload his photo next time.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce the Green Tara. Why is it so beneficial? It is because even people who are non buddhist can reap full benefit from chanting its mantra. General saying is that people who had not taken refugee in Buddha cannot reap full benefits because they had not yet adhered to the 5 precepts.

Green Tara manifested because Goddess of Mercy found setinet beings are hard to enlighten and many still remain in Samsara and some even further reborn in suffering realm. Other Bodhisattva upon hearing that weep and Lord Matreiya also cried. Tears rolling out his right eye manifested into Green Tara while tears from his left eye became the white Tara. Actually there are 21 taras, the Green Tara is the summation of all Taras. Each Tara grant a specific wish. For example white Tara bestows longevity and family harmony. The Green Tara is for removal of obstacles. Many have commented that the effect kicks in fast. Recently my wife had a bad tummy cram and I asked her to chant the Green Tara mantra for quick relief over the phone. Miracously it did lessen her pain. After half an hour, pain totally subsided.

Salt Rice Water

I introduced this method to help those who are distrurbed by ill intentioned entities. Sometimes they will keep following unsuspecting humans.These entities disturb sleep and may cause uneasiness (mood changes) and even mishaps like falling down. This method is widely used by Taoist (Mao Shan) to chase away unwelcomed guests.

First, get ready a new pail (small one will do). Dedicate the pail for this sole purpose. Pour boiling water into pail. Throw a teaspoon of salt and 7 rice (uncooked & raw) into boiling water. Then pour tap water into pail. Now the mixture should turn lukewarm.

Dip a clean towel into pail of water and start wiping the face. Follow by neck, shoulder, hands, body and chest area, back area and lastly thighs. Dip the towel into pail again and repeat wiping 2 times.

Now bring the pail of water downstairs (ground floor) outside the house. Throw away the pail of water onto the ground stamp the ground 3 times with yr leg feet and turn to leave. Do not turn back. Alternatively for those staying in HDB, open the chute and pour away the water. Make sure all water to be poured away and no left over. Do not spill water. If not, the whole process will be deemed ineffective.

The blog is a place to voice my thinkings and views. since the start of this year of tiger, i had repeatedly come across event of people whom I know getting into troubles related to black magic, supernatural phenomenon and spirits attack. I was busy connecting the ppl in distress to people who are capable to dispel such disturbances.

Recently I had no choice but to use own effort at warding away a unfriendly spirit harrasing my friend who was on his way home in a late night. Gradually it seems clear my path is not so much of a reader but a helper in supernatural world. Honestly spirits need our help because their realm's condition is much worse than ours.

WHO WILL BE THEIR PROTECTORS? But nevertheless doing card reading and astrology chart reading for my clients is also a form of helping ppl esp when they are at crossroads.

I met and know ppl who are able to exorcise and grew to become proud because of their so called special abilities. One of them keep claiming his energy is the purest of all and came down from a deity from heaven. I told you can do what others cannot because of the divine help. it cannot stay with you forever. But it seems like he can never understand and he never stop belittling his family and insinuating his children and spouse are his burden when they are present, in front of me. I felt excruiating pain for her wife. SO WHY MARRY AT FIRST PLACE?

What one of my Buddhist friend say is true; they are two useless emotions in us which are pride and jealousy. He got both. Let God be my witness. Life is about weeding out rubbish thoughts and useless emotions (Xi qi)

The meet up in Jul 2010 has got Kelvin Khemery come and conducted initiaiton some of us. We can see that larry is always full of creativity.

Showing off our rings in front of the camera. I am especially pleased with my Ruby ring. but recently the stone came off and I had to send to the shop for fixing. it will take weeks before it come back. This Vongola Ring brings me confidence and improves interpersoanl relationships.

The Aug Tarot meetup sees record high attendees- 48. Sad that Patrick dont get to come and see the crowd.

Question: Destiny lies in own hands. consult an astrologer or card reader is nonsensical.

Answer: Yes, I too believe that our own effort can make a difference to our own destiny. However one need to know how fate controls us before we can make effective effort at altering outome of events in our life. The cruel fact is that fate is our common enemy. Think, if fate is our friend, many would not have so much complaints and unhappiness on daily basis.

Question: What is fate then?

Answer: fate equals destiny. Our destiny is made up of karmic cause and effects. In simple words, it is the controlling factors reaped by our actions n deeds in our past lifes. The cause and effects are simply lessons for us to learn an come to terms with in this present life time. Or simply hurdles for us to conquer before we proceed to learn another when we proceed to recarinate again.

Question: What has fate got to do with me? Its my life!

Answer: Fate dictates what is required of us to learn and then arrange encounters along in this life time. If we simply ignore these major stuff. it is like sailing a ship against the wind. Life become very tough. But if you know what centers around own life, you can achieve want you desire by doing things effectively

Question: I want to be a millionaire! Can I be one?

Answer: Everyone has the potential and every right to be wealthy. But the extent of richness varies from one person to another.Some are born rich while others need to earn it. Think... how much do you really need to drink to quench your thirst, how much to eat to satisfy yr hunger and how much space one needs in order to rest our body at night. Not much right? The point is, have a practical aim. What is your compelling reason to be real rich?

Question: Why am I having so much love life relationship issues compared to others? The happiness I want is just that simple.

Answer: There are lessons for you to learn and diffculties for you to surmount. These experiences will teach you how to handle relationship issues and reveals to you the true nature of love. What is love. Unhappy events which comes along are tests for you; to help you see through the real nature of love. In no case, hatred should be bred. Consulting a competent card reader during such ordeal will help to unveil pitfall, hidden rival, unfaithful lover. The Cards act as mirrors to your inner most subconscious mind; things that you don't know at your conscious level. Answer: From my experience, people who generally consult readers and astologers cannot see clearly what lies ahead at that moment. It does not mean that they are perpetually such people. They are not fully certain yet what to do. Like I said earlier, I ching and tarot cards act as mirrors to querants and expose hidden factors to encounters in querants' life. If querant take the cues from the cards, the outcome of the future events will definitely become better or at least mitigiate some of the bad effects.

Tagged along with Rowen to KL Health and happiness Exhibition. It is a 2 day event, we spent some time touring the area. Quite enjoyable.And we made some new friends like Victor Lu and Mason.

The world is small and we met Remedia with Richard at the exhibition in KL. We did a energy exchange and I like this encounter very much. We will meet again at the next Love n light festival.

Introduction to I Ching

To be simple, I ching is made up of 64 divination. Each divination result set out to be made of up either broken or joint lines. In ancient times, people use 3 coins to be tossed six times to compose one divination. Like nowadays, the reader decide the face of heads and tails. Two heads and 1 tail depict one broken line (Yin) and vice versa for the Yang line. When 3 heads (yang) were shown, it will be a changing line and its nature shall be positive (yang). And vice versa for the changing line of Yin (need 3 tails to be shown).

Each divination result tells a story and like tarot it acts as a mirror to the querant and reveals the matters on the mind of querant on his subconscious and conscious level. Sometimes it points out at another area of life of the querant that requires him to sort out first.

Each divination is made up of upper gua (3 lines) and lower Gua (3lines). Note the chinese characters and the order of the joint and broken lines

It was known that Confuicus made alterations to the ancient I Ching during his life time and his version was passed down to the present times. Do note that He was initiated and attained the level of Arhat (4th Inititaion).

From this level, future people of Kong Zi generations devised the Liu Yao method of divination. But this method is harder to learn because students have to be very strong in the chinese metaphysics. This method is good at pin pointing when an incident going to unfold (which day n month).

Recently a client called me up and enquired on the various services I provided. Lily commented that I had too many skills and asked which is my forte. I was abit taken back and I told her my strongest is in Zi wei astrology. I further explained to her that no one single divination method can resovle all of querants' questions and this is why I acquired a repertoire of methods and skills.

Zi Wei astrology and Bazi (the 4 pillars of destiny) provides a broad and long term picture on they querant's circumstance. It advises on the areas of life which impact him or her most and possibly provides pointers which mitigiate the negative aspect. It highlights on when the fortune of the querant will start to prosper or decline. To further aid my analysis on the querant's character, I also use numerology on the name anaylysis and also on his or her birthday. Numerology can also aid in mapping out compatability issues for couples.
Other skills which I harness are the oriental divination methods like I-Ching, Liu Yao Gua. Western divination is the Tarot cards. The Liu Yao Gua stands out from many divination methods because it takes into account of the time factor of enquired matter. Somehow it is enable to see into further future than rest of its counterparts. The only drawback is that it requires the user to be very familar with the chinese metaphysics. Also it takes a bit longer time to set up the divination.
I feel it is the combination of the skills and methods that will help client map out a comphrensive approach to tackle all issues. The combination will undoubtedly aid in establishing a strategy or framework for future. I am sorry that my approach and expression towards the field of astrology and divination is so mechanistic and rigid.

For a comprehensive consultation, a Ziwei chart and querant's Bazi will be constructed. I charge $90 for the plotting the chart and explaining/ advising client. My experience tells me that client ususally face other pressing issues currently and that requires me to use other skills such as Tarot cards and Liu Yao Gua. The face to face consultation will takes around one and a half hours. If time extends, additional $30 dollars will be charged for the next half an hour. In this case, the venue will be somewhere in a cafe conducive for consultation. To do this consultation in Sanctum at Haji Lane, the charges shall be $90 per hour; subsequent half hour $45. Well, need to pay for the rental charges of the room and absolute privacy.

If client do not want their chart to be constructed and want to enquire specifically on the issues they have on their mind. Had a fruitful event on 20th Nov 09 at the Zouk (Juice Magazine 11th Annivesary). Rowen was doing runes, Sky on Tarot and myself on numerology. Simple, just give me yr name and ,I will tell you everything about yourself.

Attended wealth summit asia and encountered Lilian Too giving a talk about Fengshui. Like to take this opportunity to share on some simple tips. To enhance one's fortune, always sleep and work facing in our own auspicuous direction. When one lies down to sleep, his head should be pointed to his auspicuous direction.

In the Ba zan feng shui school of thoughts, the house we stay in and the place in which we conduct our business is broadly catergorized by two types namely the East house (Dong Si Zan) and the West house (Xi si zan). At the centre of the house or office, the place is sub-divided into eight portions-North, South, West, East, North West, North East, South West, South East. For Dong Zi Zan, the auspicuous portions of such category lies in N,E,S & SE. For Xi Si Zan, it lies in the NW, NE, SW and W.

Similarly, our individual life can also be categorised into 8 groups which are mainly Qian (6), Dui (7), Gen (8), Zhen (3), Xun (4), Kan (1), Kun (2) & Li (9). This can be calculated using the fengshui formula with our year of birth. For male, last 2 digits of the birth yr shall minus with 100. Then divide by 4. The remainder numbers is the fengshui life number. For example, guy born in 1985, 100-85 = 15. use 15 divide by 9 gives the remainder of 6. This guy belongs to Qian (6)-Xi Si Ming. His auspicuous dir lies in NW,NE,SW and W. For female, use the last 2 digits of her yr of birth and subtracts 4 from it. Divide the sum with 9 and find out the remainder number. For example, lady born in 1965. 65-4=61. 61 divide by 9 gives remainder as 7. This lady belongs to Dui (7)-Xi Si Ming. Her best direction lies in NW, NE, SW and W.

Xi Si Ming (west life) are suited to stay in Xi Si Zan while Dong Si Ming (east life) are suited to stay in Dong Si zan. When one is unable to stay in a house which suit her life. The next best thing to do is to sleep (head pointed towards a dir) and work facing her good directions. Aupicuous direction for west life is NW, NE, SW and W. Aup dir for East life is N,S , SE and E.

To enhance one's fortune, place items in own auspicuous direction. For Kan (1), Zhen (3), Xun (4) life, place water at the east of the house. Preferably moving water. Try not to keep fish tank because water has to be regularly kept clean. Dirty water at fortune place do not help to bring fortune. For Li (9) life, place a lamp at the south of the house. Keep it on 24hrs X 7. Put a low W lighting will do. For Qian (6) life, put gold like objects or any metal art piece at NW of the hse. For Dui (7) life, place gold like objects or any metal art piece at West of the hse. Never place permanent lightings, heater and stove at west and north west of the house. For Kun (2) life place water at the SW of the hse. For Gen (8) life, place a crystal mountain at the NE of the hse. Alternatively can hang a picture of Mountain at this sector to enhace Gen life person. Simple advice to enhance your fortune. Try out and see if it works. Do feedback me on the effects!!

Two cents worth of my thoughts

recently my friend asked whether the fate of a person can be changed. this question was posted on her facebook and I responded. I told her that the experiences and happenings in our lifetime ,and our environment we grew up and lived in was pre set before we were born. Each human has a huge heap of karma to settle before one need no longeler has to be born on EARTH again. For one single lifetime, we can only manage to resolve a very small portion of our karma. Ironically ignorant human somehow create more karma to be carried forward and often our own heap of karma keeps snowballing. This is why some Buddhist scriptures reveals that heavenly beings and Bodhisattvas weep when they realise large portion of human has practically no hope of leaving the Samsara.

To counter this curse, the first step is to know our fortune for this lifetime. Whats your strength and weakness, know them. Face them and admit it as part of ourselves. Put in effort to improve weak areas. It is never easy. In the face of such diffculties to overcome these, strength and character will be developed. Good angels of heaven and God delights in such human endeavours. Heavenly beings are even more pleased when they see human do good deeds with pure intention to spread compassion. The next step shall be to pray or chant mantra on daily basis. It keeps our mind centred and prevent us from drifting away to vanity and extravagance. Soon one will realise that happiness is simple and its all about simplicity and peace if mind. Think... how much do we need to eat to prevent us from hunger, how much clothing should we need to own, how large a house do we need to stay in so that we can be adequately sheltered? Why is there so much advertisements to kindle desires, human destruction of the ecosystem and so many fightings on Earth...because our human greed has no boundary. sad isn't it. In ancient china, there is a man by the name of Yuan Liao Fan who had actually managed to change his fate for the better through proper efforts and guidance. Find out more about him through internet. The next step is to invest effort and time to learn human behaviour and psychology. Need not enroll in a degree course...just simply participate in human interaction and understand their motive. Learn that 'one kind of grain feeds a whole variety of human types'. In this way we cultivate patience and endurance towards human flaws. This is also where a compassionate mind can be cultivated. Last is to know our nature and do not let it dictate our actions. In this way, less likely that we will hurt another and accumulate bad karma.

In the Rider Waite suit, there are 4 suits namely wands, sword, pentacle and cup. This ancient wisdom passes copious esoteric symbols and signs. In mysterious way, it guides the Tarot reader and the querant to uncover the future events. It serves to advise querant about possible events and the reader gives advices.

To give effective counsel, the reader need to be versed in all of the cards and the essential spreads. Besides these, reader's intuition ha to be properly attuned. As a professional reader, I have guidelines to follow, similar to Rowen's. I will touch upon that.
